you should totally do more with tibbers. love the annie part, great design and everything but what people really look at is what they do with tibbers in the skins. maybe give him a pegleg on the left leg, hook on the right hand. a real pirate vest, bigger eye patch and maybe even a pirate cap. just some suggestions. maybe after some work you could submit this to riot.
